Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can send an email, you can run your site. You change products, prices, texts and photos through simple forms — and we’re here if you get stuck.
Can I change the design myself?
We take care of the design, to your wishes — that’s why the site always looks professional, whatever content you change. Need a new section or a different colour? Just ask.
Can customers pay online?
No — the site takes order requests and you arrange payment: on pickup, on delivery or by bank transfer. There’s no commission on orders. Customers get an email confirmation and status updates.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site can run on your own domain, e.g. www.yourbusiness.com, with automatic HTTPS — or at yourbusiness.katalist.site.
I offer services, not products. Is Katalist for me?
Yes. Services show their price and duration, and their button goes wherever you like: a call, WhatsApp, Viber, a message or your booking system.
Which languages are supported?
In your customers’ languages — one or several, depending on the package. Every page gets a translated address, and search engines get the right language tags.
What if I have lots of items?
No problem: categories up to four levels deep, filters, sorting, search, and variants with their own price and stock.
How much does it cost?
We have three packages — Start, Business and Pro — with a monthly fee and a one-time setup. Hosting, maintenance and content updates are always included. We tailor the final offer to your business, no strings attached.
Can I move to a bigger package later?
Yes, whenever you need more — orders, more languages or a bigger catalogue. Your site, design and content stay the same; we just switch on the new features.
I only need one feature from a bigger package. What then?
Easy: we add an extra language or, say, the newsletter to a smaller package as a single add-on.
